Discord Guide — Roles, Channels & Support

The yew Discord is a 26,000+ member community with 24/7 staff, daily support calls, script update announcements, and gameplay discussion. Here's everything you need to know.

Getting access

Go to your Whop dashboard → find the Discord integration section.

Click Connect Discord and authorize with your Discord account.

Join the yew Discord server through the link provided in Whop.

Your role is assigned automatically based on what you purchased. If it doesn't appear within a few minutes, disconnect and reconnect in Whop settings.
Mobile works too
The process is identical on mobile. Use the Whop app or mobile browser to connect your Discord account.

There are three ways to get support:

Support tickets — post in #support with your issue. Staff responds within minutes, 24/7.

1-on-1 calls — join a voice channel and a staff member will walk you through anything live. Available daily.

DMs — message any staff member directly if you prefer private help.
Include details
When asking for help, mention: your console (PS5/Xbox/PC), which script you're using, what's happening vs. what you expected, and whether you've updated firmware. This saves everyone time.
