Every Cronus Zen player already spends their time in Discord. It's where scripts get discussed, where support happens, where the community actually lives. That means every visitor arrives already knowing how to read this interface: the rail is servers, the sidebar is channels, a pill like #script-download is a place you can go. We didn't have to teach anyone our navigation — we borrowed one they've used daily for years. A first-time visitor finds the guides forum or the shop sidebar without a single tooltip.
It's the real grammar, not a costume
Half-copying an interface is worse than not copying it — close-but-wrong feels uncanny. So we went all the way: our buttons are Discord's actual button recipes, our channel mentions match theirs to the pixel, guide pages read like forum posts, and the guild pages have the same header-icon-over-banner layout Discord's server homes use. Light and dark mode both use Discord's real color tokens. When we redesigned the discovery cards this summer, the reference wasn't a dribbble shot — it was Discord's own store and discovery cards.

Where we deliberately break from Discord
Discord's interface is built for chat, and some jobs need more than chat. Product pages, the blog, and the Discover index use full article and catalog layouts — Discord grammar for navigation and components, standard web patterns where research needs room to breathe. A script comparison table in a chat bubble would be miserable; Discover's methodology page would be unreadable as messages. The rule we follow: navigate like Discord, read like the web.
