Welcome to yew.gg, the online shop operated by Yew LLC. By accessing or using this website, purchasing any product from yew.gg, or using any script or service we sell, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. What we sell
yew.gg is a shop operated by Yew LLC. We sell our own Cronus Zen scripts — currently yew2K and yewFN — and related upgrades such as 2K+. When you buy on yew.gg, you are purchasing from Yew LLC. Yew LLC also operates related storefronts at yewscripts.com and cronus.gg. Purchases on those sites are also purchases from Yew LLC unless that site posts different terms.
Scripts optimize controller signal processing and operate within the bounds of standard human input emulation. They are safe for your console and game files: they do not modify, inject into, decompile, or interact with any game software, game memory, or game servers. That hardware-layer design is not a promise that a publisher will allow the device, or that your game account is protected from publisher enforcement. All scripts are delivered digitally. Access may be immediate, or — for a pre-order such as the NBA 2K27 cycle of yew2K — delivered on or around the published game launch date. Delivery is through our payments partner, Whop, and our download tools on this site.
3. Intended Use & Disclaimer
Scripts sold on yew.gg are provided strictly for educational and testing purposesregarding hardware configuration. We do not condone or encourage the use of scripts in online game modes or in any manner that violates a game's terms of service.
You use purchased scripts entirely at your own risk. We do not guarantee account safety, game compatibility, undetectability, or any specific outcome. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from your use of a script, including but not limited to account suspensions, bans, hardware adapter detection, or other actions taken by game publishers.
We do not guarantee that scripts will function with future game updates, patches, hardware firmware changes, or publisher anti-cheat or enforcement systems. Scripts are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
4. Publisher policies, anti-cheat, and enforcement
Game publishers and platform operators — including, without limitation, 2K, Visual Concepts, Take-Two, Epic Games, Microsoft, Sony, and others — may prohibit hardware adapters, input automation, macros, and similar devices in their terms of service, codes of conduct, or anti-cheat programs.
Publishers may build or expand systems intended to detect automated cheating devices and scripts, including third-party controller adapters. Those systems may roll out at launch, after launch, or at any later time, with or without notice. yew.gg does not claim, warrant, or imply that any product will evade detection, remain usable, or be safe to use on any online service.
We do not sell, provide, or support tools, advice, or updates whose purpose is to evade anti-cheat, hide a device, spoof hardware identity, or otherwise circumvent a publisher's technical or contractual protections. If a publisher prohibits the relevant hardware or input automation, you must not use our products with that service.
Any loss of functionality, access, or account standing because of publisher policy, anti-cheat, patches, or enforcement is solely your risk. It is not a product defect and does not entitle you to a refund, credit, or replacement except as required by law. See our Refund Policy and EULA.
5. Pre-orders and cycle products
Some products are sold for a specific game cycle (for example, yew2K for NBA 2K27). A cycle product covers that cycle only, unless you also purchase an upgrade we expressly describe as carrying access forward (currently 2K+).
Where we sell a product before the related game launches, you are placing a pre-order for digital access. We will make the cycle build available on or around the published launch date (for NBA 2K27, August 26, 2026). Launch dates, patch schedules, and anti-cheat rollouts are set by the publisher, not by us. A launch-date change, a delayed build, or a later anti-cheat update does not, by itself, create a right to cancel or refund.
If we never deliver the digital product you paid for, contact biz@yew.ggand we will work with you on a fair resolution. That is the exception — not bans, detection, or "it works differently than I hoped."
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your access without refund:
- Sharing or redistributing any script, file, or content purchased on yew.gg with any third party
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any script or software we sell
- Reselling or sublicensing purchased scripts or access to the site
- Account sharing — your purchase grants access to a single user only
- Circumventing any access controls, licensing mechanisms, or security measures
- Requesting or using our products to evade anti-cheat or hide hardware
- Using our services to harass, exploit, or harm others
- Violating any applicable game terms of service in connection with our products
If we determine that you have violated any game's terms of service or our own terms while using products purchased on yew.gg, your access will be permanently revoked without refund.
7. Site content
Product descriptions, images, videos, and other materials on yew.gg are published by Yew LLC. We may update, edit, or remove content at any time.

8. Intellectual Property
The site's branding, design, original code, and the scripts we sell are the intellectual property of Yew LLC. When you purchase a script, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for personal use only, under the terms of our EULA. This license does not transfer any ownership rights. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or modification is prohibited.
9. Payments & Billing
All purchases on yew.gg are processed through our payments partner, Whop. By making a purchase, you also agree to Whop's terms of service and payment terms. yew.gg does not directly store or process payment information — all financial transactions are handled by Whop and its payment processors.
10. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the products sold on yew.gg and the access granted upon purchase (including pre-order access), all sales are final. Please review our full Refund Policy for more details. In exceptional circumstances where something is genuinely wrong with delivery, we will work with you to reach a fair resolution.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these terms. Upon termination, your license to use any script purchased from us is immediately revoked. We may also terminate access if we believe, in our sole discretion, that your conduct is harmful to other users, Yew LLC, or third parties.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yew LLC and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, game accounts, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our services — including publisher anti-cheat, bans, or loss of product functionality. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
13. Hardware Compliance and §1201
Scripts sold on yew.gg are hardware configuration tools for the Cronus Zen controller adapter. They operate exclusively at the controller input layer via the Cronus Zen device and have no interaction with, access to, or effect on any game software, game memory, game servers, DRM systems, or any other access-controlled content. We do not produce or distribute tools that circumvent technological protection measures under 17 U.S.C. § 1201. See How It Works for a full technical explanation.
Operating at the controller input layer does not mean a publisher cannot detect, restrict, or punish use of a hardware adapter or automated inputs. Technical description is not a safety guarantee.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
15. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. You and Yew LLC each waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or any other representative proceeding.
This arbitration agreement does not apply to: (a) small claims court actions within applicable jurisdictional limits; or (b) claims for injunctive or equitable relief to protect intellectual property rights.
Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English in the State of Delaware. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, EULA, Refund Policy, and Content Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and yew.gg regarding your use of the site and supersede all prior communications, representations, or understandings between the parties relating to the subject matter herein. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
17. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
