End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and yew ("Licensor") governing your use of any digital scripts, software, configuration files, or related materials ("Software") provided by yew. By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this EULA, yew grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license is granted to a single user and may not be shared, sublicensed, or assigned to any other person or entity.

This license does not constitute a sale of the Software. You do not acquire any ownership rights in the Software. yew retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.

2. Scope of Use

The Software is designed for hardware configuration and signal processing optimization on the Cronus Zen device. The Software:

  • Is not designed, marketed, or intended for use with any specific video game
  • Operates within the bounds of standard human input emulation
  • Is provided for educational and testing purposes related to hardware configuration
  • Does not modify, hack, or alter any third-party software, game client, or online service

Any references to video games on yew.gg or in associated materials are for informational and descriptive purposes only and do not imply that the Software is designed for, endorsed by, or affiliated with those games or their publishers. See our Content Policy for more information.

3. Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or duplicate the Software in whole or in part
  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software
  • Distribute, sell, lease, rent, lend, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Software or your license to any third party
  • Share account credentials or provide access to the Software to anyone other than yourself
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or branding on the Software
  • Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party terms of service
  • Use the Software in a manner that constitutes cheating, exploiting, or gaining an unfair advantage in any online competitive environment where such use is prohibited
  • Circumvent any technical protection measures, licensing mechanisms, or access controls associated with the Software

4. Intellectual Property

The Software, including all code, scripts, algorithms, configurations, documentation, and associated materials, is the proprietary intellectual property of yew and is protected by applicable copyright, trade secret, and intellectual property laws.

No part of the Software may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of yew. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the Software may subject you to civil and criminal penalties and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

yew does not warrant that:

  • The Software will meet your specific requirements or expectations
  • The Software will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • The Software will be compatible with future hardware firmware updates, game patches, or system updates
  • The results obtained from use of the Software will be accurate or reliable
  • Any defects in the Software will be corrected

6. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that you use the Software entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any consequences that may result from your use of the Software, including but not limited to:

  • Suspension, restriction, or termination of your accounts on any third-party platforms, games, or online services
  • Hardware damage or malfunction resulting from improper use or configuration
  • Loss of data, game progress, or digital assets
  • Any disciplinary action taken by game publishers, platform operators, or other third parties

yew expressly disclaims any responsibility for actions taken against you by third parties as a result of your use of the Software.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL YEW, ITS AFFILIATES, TEAM MEMBERS, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, GAME ACCOUNTS, DIGITAL ASSETS, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

YEW'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THIS EULA SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SOFTWARE LICENSE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless yew and its team members from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Software, your violation of this EULA, or your violation of any rights of any third party.

9. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. yew may terminate this license at any time if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Software is immediately revoked
  • You must cease all use of the Software and destroy any copies in your possession
  • No refund will be issued for terminated licenses
  • Sections 4 through 8 of this EULA shall survive termination

10. Updates & Modifications

yew may, at its sole discretion, provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Software. Such updates may change the functionality of the Software. yew is under no obligation to provide updates, support, or maintenance for the Software. Continued use of the Software after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Software.

11. Severability

If any provision of this EULA is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this EULA shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

12. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Content Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and yew with respect to the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding the subject matter.

13. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Florida.
